BCS to launch recruitment website
New site, also open to non-members, will offer careers advice and all types of IT roles.

Eve McTighe, BCS membership marketing manager told IT PRO the site will, for a fee, offer jobs direct from prospective employers, as well as those offered through recruitment agencies.
She also said the site is being launched in response to member feedback. "We see this more as careers portal," she said. "While we have offered careers advice and development, the feedback we were getting from our members was that there was a gap in our services when it came to recruitment."

He added: "Our new service has been developed to help professionals manage their careers and their movement through the job market."
BCSrecruit.com goes live on 17 October.
