3 unveils mobile broadband for small businesses
Mobile operator’s new small business division adds new products to the menu.
Mobile operator 3 famed for its consumer line-up is dipping its toes further into the waters of the business world by launching two new mobile broadband packages aimed at smaller players.
The company's small business arm today announced plans to up the amount of inclusive data in its SME bundles as well as offering a 'buy one, get one half price' deal.
Dubbed 'Broadband 5GB' and 'Broadband 15 GB', the new additions to 3's portfolio will see data allowances increased to as the names would suggest - 5GB and 15GB respectively, which is a fair jump from the previous 3GB and 7GB limits.
Those signing up to an 18 or 24 month mobile broadband or voice package will also be able to opt buy connectivity on the go for another user for half the price.
A 50 per cent rental deal is also on the table for existing customers who want to sign up for the new business plans.
"It is especially important in today's climate for small businesses to be able to work smartly on the go, without paying over the odds," said Renato Bottini, Head of 3 Business.
"With these new offerings we believe we have achieved this goal, providing a service at a price which makes mobile working a reality for small businesses."
