Vodafone nabs LG GM750 exclusivity
The two companies have an exclusive deal on the new handset until the end of the year.


Vodafone users will benefit from an exclusivity deal when the new Windows Mobile 6.5-based LG GM750 comes to town next month.
Although the exclusive tie in will only last until the end of the year, before the new smartphone is opened up to other networks.
The GM750 features a 3in full touchscreen, enhanced browser, access to work and personal email accounts and access to third-party apps to help customise the device.
"A significant group of consumers demand mobile phones with the most advanced features and services to help them do their job and stay in contact with friends and family on one, easy-to-use, device," said Harrison Lee, head of LG Mobile Communications in Europe, said in a statement.
"They need the technology and services to access email, the internet and the ability to download widgets, applications and fun tools without complexity."
Yesterday, LG launched the latest handset in its Black Label series, the new Chocolate BL40, which features a 4in 21:9 HD LCD screen.
