CIO Event: Leadership debate and insight
The CIO Event, being held in Wales next week, brings together business and technology leaders to share ideas, discuss challenges and plan for the future.

Business and technology leaders will descend upon the Celtic Manor Resort in Wales next week for the CIO Event.
Running across two days (on 24 and 25 January), the event - run by Global Business Events - will focus on the current and future needs of CIOs, blending real-world speakers with networking opportunities and more.
"With over 120 CIOs confirmed to attend with a combined IT sign-off of 10.2billion this year's CIO event is clearly going to have a massive impact," said Global Business Events' marketing director John Funnell.
"At the request of our CIOs we have gone away with 'death by PowerPoint.' We have created an unrivaled "end-user" programme and each discussion group is run by fellow CIOs who are looking forward to the two-way dialogue with peers from the floor. It's the only way to secure Europe's leading professionals."
IT Pro and sister title Cloud Pro will be interviewing many of the speakers, so check back on the site soon for those Q&As.
