Jez Pickering took up the Head of Customer Experience role at Nebula in 2023, bringing a wealth of knowledge from his six years at Yay.com before Yay.com was acquired by Nebula in 2022.

 Jez leads Nebula’s teams that support its channel partners and end customers. These teams cover the numbering, technical support and porting divisions of the group. Jez is intimately involved in Nebula’s product roadmap across all brands.
