Claranet earns Azure Expert MSP status
Microsoft praised the company for its efforts providing "excellence in delivery on a consistent basis"

Claranet has been awarded status as an Azure Expert MSP due to its commitment to Microsoft's cloud platform, supporting customers and providing them with innovative services for business development.
The company is one of only 32 businesses certified with the title, all of which have ticked various boxes specified by Microsoft, including an independent audit of managed services, processes and technologies.
Microsoft wants to see a demonstration that the MSPs have an overall knowledge of Azure services, excellent security practices, the necessary skills in cloud architectural design and app coding, using scalable platforms and are competent with containers.
“Over the last few years there has been a rapid increase in the number of businesses migrating their in-house legacy technology and infrastructure to a public, private, or hybrid cloud service provider," Frédéric Atlan, group business and partner development manager at Claranet said.
"In order for these transformations to be successful, organisations need to be supported and guided by partners with proven knowledge and experience of the cloud. The Azure public cloud, for example, has its own unique features and at Claranet we have known for a long time that following traditional methods are no longer suitable for this type of service."
He added that Claranet continues to focus on Microsoft, ensuring it can provide customers with the best choices for their business transformation. A major part of Claranet's certification was ensuring its cloud-based tool comply with the cloud platform, offering the full suite of processes and workflows to ensure customers are getting the most from their cloud implementation.
“We are delighted to name Claranet as an Azure Expert MSP," Gavriella Schuster, corporate vice president, One Commercial Partner at Microsoft added. "Claranet has extensive experience in supporting its customers in the cloud by embracing a methodical and innovative approach, meaning they are fully deserving of this new status.”
