Micro-P extends sales force
Micro-P adds 11 graduates and a sales manager to support vendors

Micro-P has recruited 11 new graduates under its new Sales Graduate Programme.
The programme was set up to permit graduates with an aptitude for sales to grow within a structured framework and gain knowledge and skills from the company’s existing sales team, who will mentor and support the graduates.
Based at the company’s Basingstoke site, the graduates will concentrate on taking vendor products and messages to market. “Micro-P’s Sales Graduate Programme is a major investment by us on behalf of our vendors and customers.
Vendors will benefit from a focus on adding breadth and delivering relevant, targeted messaging to new customers. The growth we have experienced over the last few years has allowed us to continually promote and develop staff internally and we really feel that recruiting high potential graduates will complement our existing recruitment sources,” says Nick Foster, Micro-P’s HR director.
To further strengthen its sales team, Jason Birt, has been appointed as sales manager, who will concentrate on developing new business opportunities. Birt gained experience through previous senior sales roles at Barracuda Networks and IBM.
