Andy Dow takes over HP business at TDAzlan
Andy Dow takes responsibility for HP Enterprise Group; Violin's Gary Lloyd joins as director for Cisco & EMC

Broadline distributor Tech Data has today confirmed it has handed group marketing director Andy Dow responsibility for its HP Enterprise Group business in the UK & Ireland.
Dow (pictured) started his IT career at HP before a six year spell at Computer 2000. He went on take director-level roles at Westcoast and Dell before returning to Tech Data as group marketing director in 2010.
The HP Enterprise Group is located within the Azlan business unit of Tech Data, which also includes the Enterprise Software, Cisco and IBM specialist divisions.
Says Computer 2000 managing director Andy Gass: “I am pleased to announce that we are filling this key strategic position with an experienced Board Director who will bring his extensive commercial experience to strengthen our HP relationship and continue to grow our HP business.”
Azlan has also announced the appointment of Gary Lloyd into the newly created role of director for Cisco & EMC. Lloyd joins Azlan from Violin Memory, where he has served as UK&I country manager since 2012, prior to which he spent 17 years at EMC, Tandberg and Cisco.
