Novetta buys software engineering firm WaveStrike
The acquisition will strengthen customer position and create new opportunities for WaveStrike employees
Novetta announced today it has scooped up software engineering company WaveStrike.
The acquisition closed on June 10, with financial services company Baird serving as the exclusive financial advisor to WaveStrike. The WaveStrike team joins the analytic capabilities division of Novetta.
Founded in 2010, WaveStrike is a premium provider of software engineering services, data analytics and technology solutions to national security customers, including the Department of Defense and the US Intelligence Community.

By acquiring the Maryland-based company, Novetta aims to deepen its capabilities and development expertise for its customers. Novetta’s acquisition of WaveStrike also creates new growth opportunities for WaveStrike’s employees.

Anne and Mike will continue to lead the WaveStrike team as a new division within Novetta. Novetta is currently headquartered in McLean, Virginia with a workforce of 1,000 employees nationwide.
