Allvotec accelerates growth with ISG Technology acquisition
Company aims to become the leading UC and tech service provider for UK partners
Allvotec has underlined its growth intentions with the acquisition of networking and physical infrastructure provider ISG Technology for an undisclosed fee.
The move significantly expands the partner-only IT service provider’s operations, bolstering its networking, Wi-Fi and physical infrastructure capabilities, while also adding ISG’s experience and expertise to the business.
Launched in June 2019 as a rebranding of Daisy Partner Services, Allvotec has positioned itself as the UK’s only partner-exclusive provider with broad experience across both public and private sectors.
Announcing the deal, the firm said this latest move highlights the company’s intent to become the leading unified communications and technology services provider to UK partners, while also allowing for further expansion with ISG’s near-shore capabilities in Eastern Europe.
“We are delighted to announce the acquisition of ISG. This business complements and strengthens our existing portfolio and positions Allvotec for further growth,” said Allvotec CEO Glen Williams. “We are very excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings to both Allvotec’s and ISG’s customers”.
Headquartered in Egham, UK, ISG has over 35-years’ experience as a provider of services for the design, deployment and management of enterprise network connectivity. The firm specialises in rapid mass deployment capability, offering specific expertise in the Retail, Automotive, Hospitality, Quick Service Restaurant and the IT & Telecoms sectors.
Allvotec’s purchase of ISG adds 175 staff across the UK and Bulgaria to the business’ existing 1,400-strong staff base, as well as £25m of revenue, it said.

“This acquisition is a major milestone in ISG’s 35-year trading history, becoming part of Allvotec is a fantastic opportunity to deliver our services to a much broader set of partners and provides an exciting opportunity for our employees and existing customers to be part of a larger, dynamic and innovative organisation,” commented Dave Gardner, CEO of ISG.
