Technology To Go adds Liongard's automation services to its channel portfolio
UK firm says it's 'thrilled' to be working with a partner with a proven track record for helping IT providers
Specialist distributor Technology To Go has announced a new partnership with Liongard, adding the software provider's unified automation platform to its range of niche channel offerings.
The collaboration provides the UK IT channel with access to a solution which is designed to enable MSPs to automatically document, audit and secure their customers' systems – whether they are cloud and network based, or on-premise environments, the firm said.
"We are delighted to accelerate the adoption of Liongard's platform here in the UK, partnering at such an exciting stage of one another's growth," commented David Tulip, managing director at Technology To Go. "We have already seen great uptake with MSPs seeking greater profitability and efficiency by improving visibility into how their systems are managed."
The Liongard platform provides MSPs with immediate access to both historical and up-to-date configuration data, offering automating processes and reducing resolution time. Ultimately, the solution aims to minimise human error, build trust with MSPs' customers, as well as allow IT service providers to efficiently manage systems at scale, the firm explained.
As well as providing trusted automation, the platform also performs inspections into more than 40 systems to unify insights across the technology stack and captures historical system changes to aid with troubleshooting and change tracking. There's also Custom Actionable Alerts for proactive problem solving, as well as data exportability features for robust reporting and auditing, the firm said.
Liongard's platform offers strong inspections into popular products such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Azure AD, Datto, Kaseya, BitDefender, StorageCraft, Vecam, and Webroot. There are also platform integrations with AutoTask, ConnectWise and IT Glue.
"We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Technology To Go," said Casey Higgins, director of Channel and Alliances for Liongard. "David and the team at TTG and Network Group have been helping IT service providers and MSPs for many years. They really know what it takes to be a successful IT provider, and generously share that knowledge with their partners."
