Cofense moves to a 100% channel sales model
The company wants to grow its network of 300 partners worldwide
Cofense has re-launched its reseller channel programme as part of its shift to become a 100% channel sales company.
The firm explained it wants to move towards an all-channel model in order to deepen its relationships with distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers around the globe and streamline the process for customers to obtain enhanced security products and services.
The updated partner programme will offer partners enhanced incentives, alongside lead sharing and marketing programmes, helping resellers and distributors become as profitable as possible. It will support partners with the latest security intelligence through malware reports and threat alerts, to ensure they can advise end-users of the biggest risks to their business.
“We specifically chose these best-in-breed resellers for our channel partner ecosystem because of their international footprint and proven ability to deliver superior security solutions to organizations across the globe,” said Gordon Lawson, senior vice president of global sales at Cofense.
“Our key partnerships will heavily expand Cofense’s reach deep into international markets to bring human-focused phishing defense capabilities to a broader global customer base that understand technology alone isn’t enough to combat today’s most advanced cyberthreats.”
Cofense already has 300 partners distributing its products worldwide, forming the basis for the next step of its business growth. Offering a more attractive offering to partners will no doubt attract more businesses to its roster.
“We want our partners to have access to our years of expertise, resources, and assets to help them educate and advise customers about existing threats and solutions,” said Robert Iannicello, vice president of global channel sales at Cofense.
