Fidelis Cybersecurity overhauls channel programme
New programme will also boost partner resources and training as well as help reach new territories
Fidelis Cybersecurity has unveiled significant enhancements to its EMEA channel partner programme, as the security solutions provider looks to further support and drive revenue for customers.
The revamped programme has been designed to help partners “more effectively address” key cybersecurity issues, as well as facilitate expansion into new territories such as Benelux, the Nordics and Latin America.
There are three tiers – Authorised, Premier and Elite – to ensure protection for strategic partners and provide deal registration priority, with the Elite tier offering further rewards to top performing partners.
Partners will benefit from a host of resources and tools via the Fidelis partner portal, whilst an extensive training programme offers both online and classroom-based learning delivered by subject matter experts.
Partners will also receive personalised support via the Fidelis channel sales team, as well as access to MDF funds to support lead generation and co-marketing activities, Fidelis said.
“We have some of the leading talent in cyber security developing and supporting our products and services for our customer base, folks who have been involved in securing the most sensitive networks on the planet. This investment in our partner programme will help educate and support the ecosystem that enterprises rely on for support and knowledge transfer," said Nick Lantuh, CEO at Fidelis Cybersecurity.
“Our goal is to create a stronger foundation within our worldwide partner network, so that our customers have the best possible experience when navigating what has become an overly complex cyber security marketplace.”

The revamp follows the recent appointment of cyber security expert Eddie DeWolfe to the new position of vice president of global channel and alliances. Charged with driving expansion into new territories, DeWolfe brings a wealth of experience to the role – as well as a strong track record of increasing channel revenue.
Fidelis has also appointed Mark Peters as its new “on-the-ground” channel sales manager for the EMEA region, who will be responsible for developing partner pipelines in emerging markets such as India and South Africa, the firm said.
“We have evolved the Fidelis partner program to meet or exceed today’s channel expectations, offering more benefits and better engaging the channel to deepen our relationships with and protect our strategic partners,” DeWolfe said.
“We will also continue to build strategic alliances with complementary offerings which will bring exponential benefit to our partners and their customers.”
