ScienceLogic marks EMEA expansion with new Glasgow office
The firm aims to embrace the growing adoption of AIOps
ScienceLogic has announced the opening of an office in Glasgow, Scotland, as the IT operations management specialist seeks to further its reach across EMEA.
Driven by strong regional demand, ScienceLogic said the new office will act as a hub of its business development operations in the region and bring additional jobs to the surrounding area.
The new HQ will also enable the firm to expand and further support its growing customer base as MSPs and large enterprises continue to adopt artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps).
“A dependence on legacy product suites, organisational data-silos and stifling economic models amid a widening skills gap will seal the fate of enterprises who fail to modernise,” explained Dave Link, ScienceLogic founder and CEO. “Cutting-edge, flexible business models that innovate early often have an advantage in delivering enhanced, resilient digital experience to customers.
“Fortunately, the criticality of advanced tool sets with an AIOps narrative is taking hold in EMEA, which we are seeing in terms of fueled demand. This strategic investment is intended to serve as a beacon for organisations leading digital transformation in Europe.”
The move comes as ScienceLogic basks in its most successful spell to date, with the company posting its strongest quarter on record, as well as registering year-over-year growth of almost 40% for the EMEA business.
It was also recently recognised as a top AIOps vendor by Germany-based research firm Research in Action, in which it ranked the highest in customer satisfaction.

“Europe is one of the fastest growing regions for ScienceLogic’s business,” commented Clive Spanswick, VP of EMEA at ScienceLogic. “This growth indicates a strong regional demand and has compelled us to invest ahead of the curve.
“Our new business development contact centre in Glasgow backs our commitment to deliver tangible business growth to our enterprise and MSP partners, which underpins the support they need for great outcomes.”
To mark the expansion, firm also announced a new partnership with UK-based IT sourcing and managed service provider Softcat, who said ScienceLogic’s expansion is a positive move for both partners and customers.
“Softcat is adding a range of new monitoring and visibility services to our portfolio that are underpinned by ScienceLogic,” commented James Hunnybourne, Softcat’s Head of Solution Sales. “We want to offer our customers the best value and choice from the most innovative sources. ScienceLogic’s’ investments here in Europe strengthen this narrative which we anticipate will translate into successful customer outcomes.”
