Online fax solution provider eFax has announced the arrival of its new EMEA channel programme, which has been designed to accelerate digital transformation through strengthened support for partners and customers.
Available now, the new initiative will provide channel partners in the region with access to a wider range of services and resources to help generate new revenue opportunities, the firm says.
It will also offer a range of tools designed to support loyal partners, including leading telco, unified communications as a service (UCaaS), managed services, system integrators, and healthcare providers.
With a more extensive network of highly-engaged partners, eFax says the scheme will deliver the cloud faxing platforms, services, and consulting required to accelerate the move to cloud-based fax communications.

With its tier-based partnership structure, the new programme offers a number of benefits for partners, eFax added, including the ability to access and provide eFax expertise and services in hosted UCaaS and hosted Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems.
Businesses can also scale-up their Cloud Communications expertise and help customers move from fax machines and on-premise servers to the Cloud, as well as ensure HIPAA/HiTrust security compliance.
"As we've seen in the NHS in the UK, simply removing faxing as a communication tool altogether is not as easy as it may at first seem," explained Scott Wilson, director of sales and service at eFax.
