Rubrik unveils new points-based partner programme
The enhanced initiative introduces a points-based scoring system to help partners unlock strategic financial benefits

Zero trust data security provider Rubrik has announced its new Transform Partner Program, complete with a new points-based scoring system and customisable incentive plan.
The company says the revamped framework will help partners become trusted data security advisors to help improve cyber readiness, resilience, and recovery for their customers.
Rubrik’s zero trust data security solutions help organisations build business resilience against cyber attacks, malicious insiders, and operational disruptions. Powered by machine learning, the firm’s Security Cloud works to secure data across enterprise, software, as well as software as service (SaaS) applications.
With its refreshed partner programme, Rubrik’s vice president of global partners and alliances Ghazal Asif said partners will have access to key resources to better tackle modern security threats.
“Our commitment to collaborating with and enabling our partner ecosystem has never been stronger, and we’re committed to providing our partners opportunities to expand their earning potential and offerings through the Rubrik Transform Partner Program,” she said.
“Together, we aim to enable business resiliency for organisations around the world.”
Transform’s points-based system enables partners to accumulate points based on specific activities that are outlined in the programme, such as attending Rubrik events and workshops.

Essentially, partners can accelerate their score by completing qualifying value-add activities designed to highlight the value of Rubrik Data Security.
This system allows partners to unlock tiers, which include Authorized Partner, Elite Partner, and Elite+ Partner. At the top levels, partners can leverage financial benefits and investments from Rubrik – regardless of their business type, size, or historical status, the firm said.
“Partners are critical to Rubrik’s mission of securing the world’s data,” said Brian McCarthy, Chief Revenue Officer of Rubrik. “We’ve experienced tremendous momentum with our partners and Rubrik is committed to continually investing in their success as part of our core go-to-market strategy.”
Rob Maniscalco, senior technology executive at Rubrik partner Gotham Technology Group, said the new programme “is a testament to Rubrik’s ongoing prioritisation of robust partnerships”.
“There are multiple avenues for rewards that are not just based on revenue,” he said. “This allows partners of all sizes to reap the benefits and enable a more holistic approach to Zero Trust Data Security for customers around the world.”
