Daisy Group turns to Azure for modernisation programme
The two businesses have developed a joint platform for businesses to take advantage of hybrid cloud
Daisy Group has adopted Microsoft Azure to transform its own business as well as offering clients access to better services.
The MSP will now be able to offer its end users access to a hybrid hosting platform, combining Azure and its own private cloud.
“The cloud has already reinvented the way in which we live our lives, and more and more businesses now get it," said Daisy Group chief digital officer Nathan Marke.
"Daisy’s customers want to access the power of Azure as a platform for digital transformation, but they want to do it safe in the knowledge that their business operations will work seamlessly across old and new."
Integrating Azure and its own private cloud will give its customers peace of mind that their best interests are being considered, Daisy Group said. It will now also be able to guide them migration to a hybrid infrastructure at the speed they're comfortable with, without rushing them to move everything to a private or public cloud at once.
“Digital transformation is not just about how you optimise your own operations but how you transform the services you offer and the value this creates for your customers,” added Mark Smith, Microsoft UK's Azure Business Lead.
“By moving to Azure, Daisy Group is creating a converged solution that enables its customers to take advantage of a host of new digital services, available on demand and at scale that will enable them to fundamentally reshape their own business models."
