Cloud connectivity provider Epsilon has announced support for Google Cloud's Partner Interconnect, which will allow customers to connect to the Google Cloud Platform from around the world.
Part of the Google Cloud Interconnect family, Partner Interconnect offers a high-performance internet-bypass solution that extends users' networks to incorporate Google Cloud.
The freshly-added support now enables users to choose Epsilon to provide connectivity from their facility to the nearest Google edge point of presence, the firm says, with the ability to choose a variety of subrate interface speeds, ranging from 50Mbps to 10Gbps.
Epsilon delivers its Cloud Connect solution through its software-defined networking (SDN) platform Infiny, which enables flexible and secure direct access to an ecosystem of cloud service providers via its own MEF-certified ethernet service.
The solution allows users to provision, manage and scale their connectivity with guaranteed end-to-end quality, Epsilon says, resulting in a scalable foundation for supporting cloud growth and multi-cloud strategies through a single interface.
By adding Google Cloud compatibility with real-time network performance and analytics, Epsilon says it is improving support for global hybrid infrastructure and multi-cloud strategies, as enterprises build redundancy into their IT ecosystems and leverage multiple providers.
