New Signature buys Paradigm to boost portfolio
The two companies previously worked together as a P2P network
New Signature has announced the acquisition of Microsoft partner Paradigm to strengthen its place as a Microsoft MSP, building its services specifically in the Azure, Office 365, Windows Server and desktop deployments space.
The two companies have been working together for a while, starting their relationship as a partner-to-partner network on various customer projects. The purchase will enable New Signature to sell a wider variety of products, with the scalability and expertise customers are coming to expect, while Paradigm explained New Signature will help it offer more capabilities to customers.
“We are honoured and excited to join the formidable team at New Signature, who are already a recognised and proven world leader in the Microsoft Cloud arena," Mike Brown, CEO of Paradigm Systems, said. "Becoming part of a global business will unlock new opportunities for us and deliver an even greater range of capabilities to our existing customers.”
Jeff Tench, CEO of New Signature, added that it was a natural progression of the businesses' relationship. “[We wanted to] bring together our talented teams, as we already knew great synergy existed between the teams, in both our approach to delivering value to customers and with our clearly aligned culture and mission."
Microsoft has been one of the great believers of P2P partnerships, encouraging its network to join forces to sell solutions together. The approach enables partners to offer a wider selection of products and services, meaning customers don't have to manage two separate accounts.
