Neverfail has appointed Paolo Di Leo as director of sales for the EMEA region, with his primary responsibilities to develop sales strategies and help bolster demand for the company's mission-critical cloud and disaster recovery services in the region.

Di Leo will be based in the company's London office, the perfect location to keep an eye on Neverfail's new datacentre, which has been opened to service both UK customers and businesses in the US that need a base from which to host their European client data.

“Neverfail’s impressive footprint and breadth of cloud technology delivers the dependability needed for business on a global enterprise level, while creating new opportunities and efficiencies,” said Paolo Di Leo, director of sales covering the EMEA region for Neverfail. “I’m excited to support Neverfail in their next phase of growth.”

Di Leo joins Neverfail from Akamai Technoogy, where he most recently served the role of regional channel manager in the UK and Ireland. Before that, he was head of sales of cloud networking in Citrix's Northern Europe division.

“Paolo’s background in cloud and channel sales is an ideal fit and his proven leadership in developing new and existing market segments will be a major asset for us in the coming years. We’re excited he will be heading our sales efforts and expansion in EMEA,” said Eric Vaughn, CRO of Neverfail.

Neverfail launched its Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) platform with a secure private cloud in January, built on Tintri’s all-flash storage solution for replication, enabling businesses to quickly restore data using a private cloud in a disaster situation.
