NetSuite (NYSE:N) has scored a significant channel win with the signing of the UK’s largest Microsoft Dynamics VAR, m-hance Limited.
Headquartered in Manchester with offices in London, Dublin and Glasgow, m-hance will add NetSuite’s cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to its portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it says to provide a cloud ERP option for its customers.
NetSuite will be marketed under HighCloud Solutions, a new division specifically created for m-hance’s cloud ERP practice. m-hance, meanwhile, will continue to focus on its partnership with Microsoft.
“It is imperative that we offer our customers and our prospects a ‘true cloud’ solution,” says Stephen Driscoll, CEO of m-hance. “The creation of HighCloud Solutions will allow us to meet that objective. Our highly experienced team, combined with the industry’s number one cloud product will create a market-leading solution.”
Under the partnership, HighCloud Solutions will provide full implementation, support, customisation, integration and training services to midmarket clients in the wholesale distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, financial services, media and publishing, and not-for-profit industries.
NetSuite’s partner base comprises Solution Providers – VARs like m-hance – and ISVs called SuiteCloud Developer Network partners. Latest figures put the vendor’s global indirect sales at 37 percent of its business, with the firm claiming it intends to grow this figure.
NetSuite has historically targeted channel partners selling traditional on-premise solutions from the likes of SAP, Sage and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
