Cloud Distribution has announced a distribution agreement with Silicon Valley cloud security vendor Netskope.
Netskope provides real time granular visibility, security analytics and prevention of malicious activity and data loss for cloud services – including Box, Salesforce, Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365 – which it says enables faster sales of cloud apps for these partners.
Cloud Distribution will help Netskope grow its footprint in the UK by opening up additional markets and working with new partners. The VAD will also provide marketing support with its Altitude Marketing Services that it says helps partners go to market and create a sales pipeline and new revenue.
It adds that it will also access new markets by recruiting both cloud consultancy and security VARs.
Forrester predicts the market for cloud services will be worth more $92bn by 2016, but around 90 percent of cloud services are not enterprise ready, leaving businesses vulnerable to sensitive data loss.
