Jive launches three collaboration platforms for the enterprise
Jive for Healthcare Collaboration, Jive for Employee Engagement and Jive for Customer Engagement will help companies adhere to best practice
Jive has announced three products that aim to make team collaboration easier for those in the healthcare, customer engagement and HR industries.
Jive for Employee Engagement enables HR staff and management to better understand employee sentiment with engagement analytics, including cultural impact and knowledge gaps. It integrates with a number of third-party platforms for employee recognition and learning management too, thereby improving staff morale.
Jive for Customer Engagement tracks the marketing funnel, carefully measuring the entire customer lifecycle to boost brand awareness across a range of tools. It increases brand interactions, drawing prospects in using rich media, while analytics can be used to help garner customer loyalty by identifying the key influencers a brand should be targeting and marketing to them directly.
"More than ever, success demands a collaborative work environment. It comes from tapping the workstyles, brainpower and experience of every employee, regardless of role or location," said Jive CEO Elisa Steele.
"It comes from taking an outside-in view closely engaging with partners and channeling the voice of customers to align company actions to customer needs."
The third product, Jive for Healthcare, addresses the specific demands of the healthcare industry, allowing professionals to offer better value-based care to patients.
A centralised collaboration hub enables doctors, specialists, nurses and other front-line care staff to communicate in real time, as well as offering daily updates to physicians to help ensure their knowledge remains up to date.
