Microsoft Teams now compatible with Iristick’s smart glasses
The Teams software is currently only available for Iristick.H1 and Iristick.G2 PRO models
Iristick has announced its smart glasses now support Microsoft’s Teams video conferencing solution.
Designed to work with voice commands, “Microsoft Teams on Iristick” promises hands-free video conferencing and remote assistance. Per reports, the software is exclusive to Iristick.H1 and Iristick.G2 PRO models.
Enabling the future of work with embedded real-time communication
A new dimension of human interaction is coming to digital work
Head-mounted Iristick.H1 smart glasses feature a dual portrait camera and 3-axis adjustable display for an extended field view. Ideal for pick-by-vision, Iristick.G2 PRO includes a multi-function barcode scanner with rapid scanning capabilities.
The inclusion of Teams now allows for improved maintenance diagnosis, faster technical support, and reduced downtime.
Through voice commands, users can live stream, snap and share photos, alter the camera view, or zoom in for specific details — all while on a call — for truly hands-free communication.
''Extended Reality and smart glasses are an undeniable part of Industry 4.0, the smart factories of tomorrow and digital health. Leveraging these technologies and their remote assistance solutions will help companies gain competitive advantages and provide them with a better chance to position themselves at the forefront of their respective industries,” commented Joris Aeles, Azure business group lead at Microsoft.
“With Microsoft Azure, we significantly simplify the integration of intelligent technology at scale and reduce the time to market for companies like Iristick," added Aeles.
