Trustmarque signs deal with Comms-care

Trustmarque has signed an agreement with channel services firm Comms-care to help the VAR deliver more services to its customers.

Trustmarque says the partnership with enhance its services proposition to its its private and public sector customers, including 90 percent of UK NHS Trusts.

Commenting on the partnership, Simon Rutt, services and solutions director at Trustmarque, describes Comms-care’s partner engagement as “impressive”. He comments: “Comms-care’s expertise in delivering services quickly and efficiently was a major factor in selecting Comms-care as a strategic partner for Trustmarque.

“Comms-care…quickly engaged with all the necessary stakeholders across all relevant departments, allowing a smooth transition and integration of Comms-care’s services into Trustmarque’s business. Comms-care’s 100 percent channel-only approach gives the partnership a strong foundation and ensures Comms-care’s service proposition remains complementary to our own business model.”

Comms-care currently partners with vendors including Cisco, HP, IBM, Dell, VMware and Juniper Networks to offer more than 400 resellers a range of WAN, LAN, datacentre, wireless, security, unified communications and storage technologies.

Ben Davies, managing director at Comms-care (pictured) says the new partnership with Trustmarque “strengthens our reputation as a trusted ‘channel-only’ support partner focused on meeting the needs of our customers.”

He adds: “We look forward to working closely with Trustmarque on future opportunities and demonstrating our commitment to enhance their service proposition.”
