Exclusive Networks Group has appointed Neil Ledger to the newly created position of chief operating officer (COO) starting July 1.

Replacing Ledger at Exclusive Networks UK will be ex-Integralis UK managing director Graham Jones, who will take up the post of joint country manager working alongside Ian Morris.

Ledger and Morris have headed up Exclusive Networks UK since its acquisition of VADition in June 2011 growing business revenues to over €90m in the last financial year.

In addition, former Integralis operations director Graham Aynsley joins the UK business as commercial director where he replaces Robin Draper who takes up the role of financial director following the recent departure of long serving Nicola Twiddy.

“I am delighted that Neil has agreed to take up the role of Group COO,” says Olivier Breittmayer, CEO of Exclusive Networks Group.

“We have ambitious and aggressive growth plans over the next few years and to meet these we needed to strengthen our leadership team, providing more capacity and experience at the helm whilst we continue to scale through both organic and acquisitive growth.

“Neil was the obvious candidate for me having been instrumental in building a fantastic business in the UK. He is a well-known figure in the industry and is respected globally by customers and vendors alike. It’s very pleasing that Neil has accepted this challenging role and I look forward to working with him even closer moving forward.”

“A Pan-European distributor that maintains its VAD status has never previously been achieved and I’m here to help accomplish this,” adds Ledger.

“My aim is to scale the proposition and focus on organic growth by working closely with Olivier, our country managers, customers and vendors. It’s a big challenge but one I’m thoroughly looking forward to.”

Ledger adds that he’s “leaving the UK business in great shape and in safe hands”.

He says: “Ian will be joined by Graham Jones who comes onboard with an impeccable record of growing and building successful channel businesses.

“I’ve known and worked with Graham for many years and have always respected his business knowledge and understanding. He’s very channel savvy and his track record of building and expanding businesses is there for all to see. And with Graham Aynsley coming in as commercial director I’m very confident that the UK business will continue to go from strength to strength and I wish them every success.”
