Enta Technologies has extended its agreement with Kingston Technology to target at gamers and IT enthusiasts.

Enta Technologies currently distributes Kingston’s range of ValueRAM and Flash memory products, and due to strong sales, is now taking on the vendor’s HyperX range, which is aimed at those who want to improve the performance of their PCs and gamers.

Distributor Enta Technologies adds new Kingston products for the gaming and high performance market.

Paul Asher, Kingston Technology account manager of UK & Ireland told Channel Pro: “The PC gaming market is a lucrative one for both resellers and vendors - the PC gaming alliance estimates that the PC gaming market is worth $10.7 billion worldwide.”

He continues: “As more and more high-profile PC games are being released into the market, we feel this represents an opportunity that resellers should take advantage of: as gamers will need to upgrade their memory modules in order to successfully play these content-rich and memory-hungry PC games.”

Adds Jon Atherton, group vice president- commercial, Enta Technologies: “Since the launch last year, we have seen a strong and steady growth of the Kingston ValueRAM and Flash products and see that the Kingston HyperX range will be a great addition to further penetrate the market.”

Unlike standard memory, each HyperX module is engineered and tested to ensure that gamers can reach the higher frequencies and lower latencies their applications demand, says Kingston Technology.
