Exertis Micro-P in £1.5m expansion
Distributor combines two businesses under one roof to bolster expansion plans

Broadline distributor Exertis Micro-P has invested £1.5m to double the size of its Stoke-on-Trent premises to 10,500 sq ft.
The office now houses Exertis Security, Exertis GEM Design Services, the northern team for Conect, and Exertis Micro-P Mobile North.
The new office is also home to the company’s Mobile Evaluation Scheme and includes advanced training and support facilities.
The expansion is part of the company’s vision for growth in mobility, unified communications and managed security services as well as a bid to grow its brand and increase its nationwide footprint.
According to Gerry O'Keeffe, managing director at Exertis UK & Ireland Group, the move is strategic for the development of the Exertis brand as it allows for greater communication between departments, creates tighter working relationships and strengthens internal relationships.
“The purchase of this site is testament to our long term plans to build significant sales capacity and 2014 is set to be a year of tremendous growth for Exertis Micro-P,” he adds.
