Toshiba promotes Excell Group to Platinum status
Latest partner to be awarded Platinum level following programme re-launch

Excell Group is the latest partner to be awarded Platinum Partner status by Toshiba due to its strong business performance. This follows a redesign of Toshiba’s Business Partner Programme last year to offer Platinum and Gold levels.
Excell, a comms-focused systems integrator, works closely with Toshiba’s Unified Communications & Solutions division.
In addition to a push in new business within the education sector by TTG – an Excell Group company – the firm was promoted due to its ongoing relationship with self-storage firm Big Yellow. Most recently, Excell upgraded Big Yellow’s existing Toshiba phone system.
“Our relationship with Toshiba spans over decade, so we’re delighted to see our partnership continue to grow,” says Phil Jones, general manager at TTG. “Toshiba’s products act as a cornerstone for our range, providing scalable, reliable and, crucially for many of our customers, backwards compatible solutions. This allows them to take a more bite sized approach to their investments, which has proven to be an extremely attractive offering in the current economic climate.”
As a Platinum Partner, Excell is able to take advantage of exclusive benefits to help drive the business including referrals from Toshiba’s website, a fast track for supply of products and early roadmap visibility.
“Toshiba’s focus on support and specialism are key differentiators in today’s competitive marketplace, both for us and our partners,” adds Daniel Fuller-Smith, sales manager for Toshiba’s Unified Communications & Solutions Division.
