Generally, Motorola has been the fastest when it comes to updating its devices, because it sticks with a pure Android experience and only adds in a handful of bespoke apps.

Sony
Update - Sony has confirmed that the Lollipop rollout has begun on the Z3 and Z3 Compact. Starting on March 16th, the update will go out across Europe, beginning in the Nordic and Baltic territories.
If you've got an Xperia branded device, you'll get Lollipop in 2015. The following devices are confirmed for the update:

"Sony Z Ultra Google Play edition devices will be first up we'll be back with more details on that soon," Sony said in a blog post.
"We'll start the upgrade at [the] beginning of 2015 for the core Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 series continuing thereafter for all remaining devices above."
Asus
Asus manufactured the first wave of 7in Nexus tablets, which proved phenomenally popular. The firm is now rolling out over-the-air updates for its 2012 and 2013 models.
"The Android 5.0 Lollipop roll-out for Nexus 7 Wi-Fi-only devices worldwide has begun. The update will rolled out for Nexus 7 LTE/3G models around the beginning of December 2014," Asus confirmed in a statement.
However, be warned that hundreds of users have flocked to the Google product pages complaining about performance degradation after upgrading the 2012 model. Many deem the tablet unusable after switching to Lollipop, because the hardware is unable to cope with the software's animations.
