Enta takes on Kaspersky B2B line

Kaspersky Software

Kaspersky Lab has extended its partnership with Entatech UK to enable the distributor to supply the firm’s B2B anti-virus software products to firms of 100 or less.

Entatech already sold Kaspersy’s consumer range, but this is the first time it will have access to its B2B anti-virus licensing products.

As part of the agreement, Entatech will offer a 35 percent profit margin opportunity on Kaspersky Open Space Security (KOSS) licenses to all sub-100 businesses that are purchased from Entatech between July 1 –Dec 31, 2012.

Commenting on the new deal Entatech UK VP, Jon Atherton (pictured), says supplying B2B licensing “was a natural progression” for the company: “We have worked with Kaspersky Lab distributing their consumer products for a number of years and we have established a fantastic relationship with them,” he explains.

Andrew Lintel, director of corporate sales for UK & Ireland Kaspersky Lab, said of the partnership: “Small businesses continue to be a key focus area for Kaspersky throughout 2012 and moving into 2013, which is why this partnership with Entatech is so great. They have the partner portfolio, the expertise and the track record in sub100 to help support our continued growth in this area”.

Kaspersky already has B2B distribution agreements with Exclusive Networks, Wick Hill and Ingram Micro.

With its HQ in Moscow, the vendor operates in more than 100 countries, serving 300 million users worldwide.
