Acronis strikes distribution partnership with EveryCloud
The British distributor and email security vendor will offer Acronis’ range of security solutions
Cyber protection provider Acronis has announced a new partnership with EveryCloud, which will see the British distributor and email security vendor offer Acronis' range of security solutions.
EveryCloud will now be able to provide the family of cyber protection offerings to its business customers, as many increasingly rely on cloud-based services to power their remote workers.
The offerings cover backup, disaster recovery, AI-enhanced anti-malware, endpoint security and management tools, file sync and share, as well as blockchain-based file notarization and e-signature services – all of which are managed from a single console.
The move aims to help customers heighten their security, while also minimising the complexity of managing the protection of their workloads, endpoints and infrastructure, Acronis says.
"EveryCloud is a perfect partner because they understand the importance of cyber protection," commented Ronan McCurtin, VP of Northern Europe at Acronis. "They know the importance of data in today’s world and how this data is at risk from multiple threats.
"Our cloud-based cyber protection solutions offer a unique, AI-enhanced integration of data protection and cybersecurity, from a single agent, managed from a single pane of glass. With the ease of use and subscription-based pricing, EveryCloud can easily generate new customers and earn additional revenue with a service they control.”
The solutions now available through EveryCloud include Acronis' Cyber Protect offering, which delivers AI-enhanced integration of cyber security, data protection, and endpoint protection management through a single, unified interface.

The self-service Acronis Cyber Disaster Recovery also promises to protect workloads by instantly spinning up IT systems in a managed cloud recovery site and, ultimately, allowing recovery of critical applications and data.
Businesses can also access Acronis Cyber Files for secure, mobile file sync and share offering, as well as Acronis Cyber Notary - a blockchain-based service for file notarization, e-signing, and verification for businesses of all sizes.
"We are confident that Acronis’ cloud-based solutions will help our customers improve security, avoid downtime, eliminate complexity, and reduce costs whilst protecting their data," said Paul Richards, director of Technology at EveryCloud.
