Neustar reveals partner programme revamp and new global head
Jeremy Nicholls joins to lead the effort as vice president of Global Channels

Identity resolution specialist Neustar has announced the arrival of its new Ultra Secure Partner Program (USPP), alongside the appointment of a new global channel lead.
The revamp has been designed to provide enhanced access to its range of cloud-based security solutions, globally distributed network, and family of security services to help partners grow their cloud security portfolios.
To lead this channel expansion effort, Neustar also announced the appointment of Jeremy Nicholls as its new vice president of Global Channels.
Ahead of joining the business back in January 2021, Nicholls held the position of VP of Global Channels & Alliances at Arbor Networks for 9 years. The industry veteran has also previously held channel and direct leadership roles at Niksun, Polycom and Ericsson.
“We’ve reimagined Neustar Security Solutions’ partner programme to make it as compelling as possible,” Nicholls commented. “Now a simple and value-driven programme based on partner engagement levels, we offer highly competitive margins and unrivalled support to our partners.”
With its new standardised tiered structure, the initiative aims to offer clarity on expectations from both parties, complete with consistent practices, policies, and discounts.
The USPP also offers varying benefits and expectations to partners depending on the commitment they made, with perks increasing in higher tiers, Neustar says.

At higher levels, partners can leverage benefits such as higher discounting, qualified sales leads, training and support, account mapping, and access to the company’s specialists and expertise. There’s also focused marketing support, such as promotional materials, customisable collateral, special programme funding, as well as case studies to help generate more business.
Discounts have also been increased throughout the programme to facilitate leading margins for partners depending on tier and engagement levels.
Neustar says its new programmes are specifically targeted to expand sales and support coverage for its products in the US, Canada and Europe, with further opportunities in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
“As the world continues to move to the cloud, Neustar Security Solutions is uniquely positioned to partner with organisations who want to grow existing, and secure new customers based around cloud security, where they can wrap their own incremental services to the offerings,” Nicholls added.
