SentinelOne hires Daniel Kollberg as new VP of EMEA
Kollberg will provide support for plans to grow rapidly in the region
SentinelOne has appointed industry veteran Daniel Kollberg as Vice President of EMEA, as the autonomous endpoint protection firm looks to build on its rapid growth in the region.
With more than 25 years’ experience in cybersecurity and IT solutions, Kollberg was previously Vice President of EMEA Service Providers at Palo Alto Networks, where he helped facilitate considerable growth over the last five years.
In his new role, he will work closely with SentinelOne’s executive leadership team to execute further aggressive growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the firm said.
“Daniel has distinguished himself as a visionary when it comes to growing and scaling cybersecurity solution sales,” commented Nicholas Warner, COO at SentinelOne. “The EMEA market is more ready than ever before to replace legacy antivirus for AI-powered EPP and EDR across all attack surfaces.
“We welcome Daniel in playing a key role in the next phase of SentinelOne – achieving our goal of becoming the next great cybersecurity company.”
Kollberg joins the business following a period of considerable global growth. Over the last six months, SentinelOne has more than tripled its EMEA business thanks to enterprise wins in southern Europe, the UK and the Middle East.
Serving hundreds of Global 2000 enterprises and three of the Fortune 10, key businesses such as Aston Martin, Casino, Monoprix, Savencia, About You and Berlitz have switched from legacy antivirus to SentinelOne’s EPP and EDR platform.
