The behavior of your employees could very well be exposing your business to more risk. However, don't be quick to assign blame, it's not necessarily their fault. Without the necessary training, the finger should point to the CISO and other decision makers.
That's because Mimecast research shows only 11% of organisations continuously train employees on how to spot cyber attacks, a low number when compared to the fact that 40% of these organisations believe training their staff is the best defence again email-based cyber attacks.
