Computers Unlimited celebrates 25 years

A group of people jump into the air with arms raised as confetti rains down.

Computers Unlimited (CU) is celebrating 25 years of business.

James Sanson, Computers Unlimited CEO, explains: “We are absolutely thrilled to have reached this milestone. The past 25 years have been immense fun. We have sold lots of great products and have built some valued relationships with vendors and dealers. Here’s to the next 25 years!”

Founded in 1985, CU has helped develop the market for vendors including Adobe, Quark, Wacom and Apple. The business has now evolved outside of traditional IT distribution, with additional Digital Home and Apple accessory divisions created to support new opportunities in the consumer electronics sector. The distributor says that, despite the current economic climate, its business in the Apple and Digital Home markets have continued to expand, with further investments being made through 2011.

To mark the milestone, CU says it will be celebrating with dealer-focused activity, including exclusive competitions and promotions.
