IT auditing software firm Netwrix has unveiled a number of initiatives to boost the number of partners it works within the channel and help increase revenues for partners.
Among the new initiatives are a structured onboarding process that involves pre-sales, marketing, and technical training.
Netwrix said the changes were essential for the long-term growth of the firm and its partner ecosystem, and that the company would offer channel partners around-the-clock support in terms of business plan development, project work, sales methodology and joint marketing activities.
It has also launched its Netwrix Partner Portal. The new service is promised by Netwrix to help channel partners “run their businesses better, faster and more efficiently”.
The portal encompasses updated functionality and various marketing and sales enablement tools, including deals registration, real-time opportunity status tracking, robust search capabilities, onboarding guides and ready-to-use packages for marketing campaigns.
There are also further refinements to Netwrix’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme. Over the last 12 months Netwrix has developed a programme structured around security monitoring, “compliance as a service” and operations optimisation.
It claims providing MSP partners with flexibility to move Netwrix Auditor licences among several customers, would add value to a their business through pricing and margins designed specifically for MSPs, thus helping both partners and their customers find the right balance between security and cost-effectiveness.

“Effectively being 100 percent channel in UK and Ireland, Netwrix primarily seeks to build mutually beneficial relationships with its partners in the region,” says Peter Smith, Netwrix regional sales manager for the UK. “The upgraded partner programme takes our channel activities to the next level, providing regional resellers with the best resources and growth opportunities that actually help them add more value to their business and gain long-term competitive advantage.”
The move comes as Netwrix announced that it has doubled its partner base quarter over quarter, generating around a quarter of overall revenue for the same period.
The company said that it will continue its focus on recruiting partners with security, compliance or remediation expertise. It said that the programme programme has already helped Netwrix channel partners in the UK to increase their revenues by 46 percent compared to the second quarter of 2014.
Last month the vendor announced it had appointed Savina Lamberti as its new channel account manager.
