Workplace from Facebook unveils One Partner Programme
The service is looking for reseller, service and technology partners to help to boost its reach
Workplace from Facebook has announced its new One Partner Programme, as it looks to grow its pool of channel resellers and service partners.
As demand for the collaboration and communication platform continues to grow, the firm says it is actively looking for new reseller, service and technology partners to help to boost its reach.
Workplace currently boasts five million paying subscribers, with a userbase that includes both large enterprises as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
With its new One Partner Programme, the company says it is looking to the channel to boost this growth even further.
"Partners are already central when it comes to meeting the needs of our customers," said Ernesto Tey, director of Workplace from Facebook. "Today, over 50% of Workplace deals globally include a partner in the pre or post-deployment phase. Our ambition is to see this number grow even more."
Workplace says its new One Partner Programme will provide partners with access to resources and information, designed to fuel significant growth and revenue opportunities.
For resellers and service partners, the initiative offers incentives, sales enablement solutions and go-to-market support to help build long-term relationships, as well as training and certification programme for selling and deploying Workplace.

Additionally, partners gain access to product specialists for early access to APIs, beta programmes and product roadmap, while the firm’s dedicated global and local alliance support managers are also on hand to help fulfil customer needs.
For technology partners, the initiative offers an avenue for applications, integrations and bots to be used by millions of Workplace customers.
Ultimately, Workplace says customers opt for the platform due to its quick and easy adoption process, as well as familiar Facebook-inspired features that minimise the need for training. It also offers easy integration with other popular tech stack tools such as Microsoft Teams, G Suite and ServiceNow.
"Our partners are helping organisations transform the employee experience, including how companies communicate with their people, build community and get work done," Tey added.
"Partners can help companies solve problems including remote working, employee engagement and a lack of two-way business communication.”
